I have tried 3 different kinds of these blood pressure pills. I think this is one of the best in the market. The only draw back are that you have to take 4 pills and the amount of magnesium is low.

The magnesium should help with healthy blood pressure, circulation, blood vessel strength. The amino acids should help with circulation and dilation of blood vessels. the pills should lower your blood pressure or regulate it. Im not so sure about the stress response and cortisol levels. That is something you should check with your doctor. Make sure you take these pills as directed and after meals.

The Magnesium content is not that high. I have noticed taking straight magnesium helps a lot more then when it is mixed down or in lower amounts. I like that they make sure to make the pill allergy free.
