Healthy Directions and Dr. Whitaker makes this supplement called BP Essentials. Now you may have High blood pressure and you are looking for a way to fix that. I recommend taking the information about these pills to your doctor and seeing which one your doctor thinks is best.

I think this pill is really great for overall blood pressure health, its formula is very sound. The biggest problem I see with it is the amount of magnesium and the shortage of amino acids.

The things it promises:
Maintain healthy blood pressure
Promote healthy circulation and blood flow
Support proper dilation of the vascular and arterial walls
Enhance the elasticity of the arteries and capillaries
Inhibit the action of ACE, the enzyme that causes blood vessel constriction
Protect LDL cholesterol from free radical oxidation

If I were taking this pill I would couple it with some form of Amino acid so that dilation of the blood vessel would be achieved. On its own the dilation would not be as great, as we saw in the Advanced BP Support made by the same company.  What this pill does that other blood pressure pills dont do is it tries to inhibit blood vessel constriction.  There are other pills that are better at protection blood oxidation.

What I don't like about this pill is that your suposed to take only 3 pills a day which would lower the magnesium to only 750mg a day vs 1000mg.

Healthy Directions and Dr. Sinatra makes this supplement called Advanced BP Support.  Now you may have High blood pressure and you are looking for a way to fix that. I recommend taking the information about these pills to your doctor and seeing which one your doctor thinks is best.

I have tried 3 different kinds of these blood pressure pills. I think this is one of the best in the market. The only draw back are that you have to take 4 pills and the amount of magnesium is low.


The things it promises:
Healthy blood pressure
Proper relaxation and dilation of vascular and arterial walls
Healthy circulation and blood flow
Normal sodium excretion and proper water balance
Blood vessel strength and elasticity
Antioxidant protection against free-radical damage to blood vessels
Healthy stress response with reduced cortisol levels

The magnesium should help with healthy blood pressure, circulation, blood vessel strength. The amino acids should help with circulation and dilation of blood vessels. the pills should lower your blood pressure or regulate it. Im not so sure about the stress response and cortisol levels. That is something you should check with your doctor. Make sure you take these pills as directed and after meals.

The Magnesium content is not that high. I have noticed taking straight magnesium helps a lot more then when it is mixed down or in lower amounts. I like that they make sure to make the pill allergy free.

Serious Mass

Optimum Nutrition makes a weight gain/protein shake called Serious Mass. This stuff works too well. I used this for less then 3months and I gained 30 pounds.
Some of then ingredients are not the best for you. With that many calories the only reason you should take this is to gain weight. It does contain a lot of vitamins and protein but I would only use it to gain mass.

Price:
It comes in 3 sizes the smaller sizes are not worth it. The scooper is huge and it is really easy to go threw a large amount very quickly.

3pound - not worth it. 

6pound - I started with this. It lasted a while and I gained at least 10 pounds just from this bottle.

12 pound - If you are looking to gain a huge amount of mass get this size.

I bought two 12pound bags and I got to my target before I finished the 2nd bag. Be careful to use when working out, if you start using it as a meal replacement and use it when not exercising you will gain a lot of unwanted fat.

Flavors:
Banana: I got this one in a 12 pound and was choking it down for a few months. Its ok but vanilla and chocolate are much better tasting.
Chocolate: Probably the best of all flavors. I only used this flavor once because they dont sell it as a 12 pound.
Vanilla: Can get bland and hard to swallow.
Strawberry: I do not suggest this one it was really hard to drink.

Accelerade

Pacific Health Labs makes a Energy Drink called Accelerade. It is a Before, During, and Post work out drink. It is for speeding up recovery and giving you energy to burn.

I only use it Before and after work outs. The taste when watered down can be kinda bad. The first few times I used it I did not really feel a big difference. My old roommate swears by it and says he feels great after using it. It became part of my daily regiment after the first week, I think I was watering it down too much and thats why it wasn't effective in the beginning. I does a lot that it promises, and I would recommend it to mainly runners. If your a lifter then It still is great but your usually not as tired as a marathon runner anyway. I helps repair muscles which is good but I prefer Kre alkalyn.

The things it promises:
You will have 29% more endurance.
You will rehydrate 40% better.
Your muscles will recover 40% faster.
You will lower your perceived exertion.

I did not really experience a endurance boost of any kind. I did feel rehydrated. I was not really thirsty for my whole work out whenever I took it. The big thing it helped with was the recovery. I felt much better the day after my work out. I still got tired so it didn't really help me with exertion.

Price: I would not get the 6pack thats a waste of money. Just mix it yourself. The 30 scoop is $34.99 and the 60scoop is $59.99. Its not great but it did seem to help. Try it out and see if it works for you.

Flavors:
Orange - This one is my favorite out of all of the ones i've used.
Lemonade - This was pretty good concentrated, but horrible if you water it down too much.
Fruit punch - My least favorite. its a very typical taste and its not really enjoyable. You may like it but I personally didn't.

Shroom Tech Sport

Onnit Labs makes this supplement called Shroom Tech Sport. Now you may have watched Joe Rogan Podcast about this stuff and his reviews are overwhelmingly good.

So I have not been taking Shroom Tech Sport for very long but so far I love it. I take one before I work out then one after and one before bed. I dont feel sore like I used to. For me I have to work out in the mornings before work and I used to be really tired after my work out. I would not preform well at work, sometimes I was very tired. Now that ive been taking Shroom Tech Sport I do feel like I have my energy back. I used to take this stuff called Accelerade after I worked out and that stuff works pretty well too, but between the two Id personally recommend the Shroom Tech.

The things it promises:
Marathon Stamina: Im not so sure about "marathon" stamina but I do feel an increase there. I really feel the recovery part more then anything else. Stamina is a huge thing for me, I dont want to be one of those huge guys that can only run a few blocks before I have to stop.

Cellular Energy: I defiantly feel like I have more energy after my work out. Some days are better then others.

Performance: I dont really feel like it effects my performance so much. I feel like a few scoops of L-arginine is what gives me the performance increase. The stamina I get from this helps with my performance I guess.

Price: $24.95 normally but I would get the 3pack. A 3pack is only $59.98. Its up to you. I feel like it helps me and im going to keep trying it for a while. The mixture of Accelerade and the Sport seems like a better balance then just one by itself.

As with almost every product by Onnit Labs I would recommend this as well. It seems like Onnit is really on the ball with their mixtures and ingredients. I also love that their pill capsules are not cancer causing and are very easy to swallow.

Super C22

Dr. Newtons makes this supplement called Super C22. The philosophy is that in larger animals they create C in there body. The amount a tiger uses of vitamin C a day is Huge. For you to take the equivalent of what large animals your size is like 5-8times a regular daily dose.

In many male enhancement drugs that focus on volume have an extreme amount of vitamin C.

I have been taking Super C for a long time now what i have experienced is a huge difference when  i wake up in the morning. I feel alive and awake.

The things it promises:
infuses you with energy, alleviates pain, lowers blood pressure, slows the aging process, helps you sleep more soundly and even shields against heart disease and stroke.

I would agree with most of that.

Price: Is very High at $38.45 a bottle. But the overall benefits are worth it in my opinion.

Health to Happiness makes a Diet program called The Swedish diet aka the one week Diet system. In the program the say to take a Green Tea Burner Capsule to help speed up the process. This is a great Supplement it only contains Vitamin D3, Chromium, Green Tea leaf extract.

The things it promises:

Fat Burning: The Green tea extract will help with that I have a lot of friends that swear by green tea and say it helps keep them healthy. In terms of fat burning it should help, it really depends on your body.
Helps Curb Appetite: I do not believe it helps at all curb your appetite.
Helps Increase Metabolism: It will increase your Metabolism. Its green tea extract should help speed up the process.

Price: $12.99 per bottle 60 capsules in each. It is a fair price.

Why take this verse others? In terms of price it is pretty low. Now you can buy each separately from different paces but you would not be able to get them all for the same price it would be more expensive. I personally do not eat green tea leafs, I do drink a lot of green tea but it is not as potent as taking a pill.

Will you loose weight? Alone probably not. With exercise and healthy eating yes. If your goal is to loose weight then I would take this with the other drinks they offer and try my best to follow the instructions and exercise regularly.

Health to Happiness makes a Diet program called The Swedish diet aka the one week Diet system. Now that alone scared me. But if you look at the ingredients its not so bad. It is a collection of Amino-acids, extracts of fruits and vitamins. To do this diet you must do exercise and eat healthy. No more junk food and No more fast food.

The things it promises:
Promotes weight Loss: Id agree it does promote weight loss. It has amino acids in it which dilate your blood vessels and help blood circulate threw your body at a much faster rate of speed. This will help you exercise more effectively.

Maintenance: Im not sure what they mean by maintenance. It does give you a lot of vitamins but some are not that important. Almost every vitamin helps your body in terms of maintenance.

Price: $24.99 per bottle and It will most likely take you 12 bottles to get to your goal.
1bottle = 1week

I can take a scrawniest person and make them pretty huge with 3months at the gym.

Will you loose weight? Most likely but I dont think it is not do able with a lot of self motivation. It will defiantly help speed up the process of loosing weight. Make sure you read the requirements very carefully.

Remember if you want to loose weight and keep it off you must exercise and eat healthy! Mcdonalds everyday is not a healthy way to live.

The Swedish Diet

Vitamin C & L-Lysine

Onnit Labs makes Vitamin C & L-Lysine. There are tons of other places to buy these vitamins. You can get these vitamins for cheaper at other places. As you know from taking pills many capsules contain Cancer causing. These cancer causing ingredients are the things that hold the pill together. Some Pills are also known to contain saw dust and all sorts of fillers that are dangerous to your health. Onnit Labs Pills seem to not have any of those ingredients. When i broke one open and looked at it under a microscope It seemed as though it was only real ingredients though it is hard to say.

The reasons to buy Onnit Labs:
True Ingredients: When you buy a lot of supplements like i do you look for cheaper was to get the same thing. I have personally bought well over 100 different versions of Vitamin C and all sort of cheap tactics to sell you a lie. I bought these pills from china and they did have Vitamin C but the quality was so low I might as well not have taken anything at all. Even Big name stores will sell you giant bottles with tons of capsules but the quality is low or the filler is bad. With Onnit Labs they have extremely high quality ingredients and very high potency.

Price: Onnit's Price is a bit high compared to Costco, or some of the major sellers. At $8.95 a bottle it is not great but not bad.

The Main reason I buy Onnits verse other versions is it has 3 different versions of C and it also has L-Lysine. Which you dont usually find in an everyday version of C.
Personally I take Super C22 from Doctor Newton, but i also take Onnits C & L-Lysine.

Onnit Labs makes this supplement called Shroom Tech Immune. Now you may have watched Joe Rogan Podcast about this stuff and his reviews are overwhelmingly good.

So here is my experience with Shroom Tech Immune. I have been taking it for about 5 months now. I used to eat garlic and take all sorts of anti biotics. Id still get sick and I would still stay sick. With Shroom tech i have not been getting sick. I went up to northern california and was bombarded with mosquitoes and I have not felt sick at all. My friend came down with a really bad fever so I had him start taking it and he felt great and the fever went away in a very short time. This first time I used Shroom tech I came down with H1N1 and I took it and I got over it much faster then my doctor thought I would. I told him about Shroom tech and now he is recommending it. Overall Id say it is a great supplement to take and im going to continue taking it and promoting it.

The things it promises:
Vitality: I cant say I feel more vitalizes. I feel healthy but that is because I excursive and eat right. So I don feel like this is true.

Recovery: I fully endorse that it works for recovery. I would not be surprised if someone told me they had cancer and this cured it. Going threw H1N1(swine flue) with this stuff made it just like any other flue, I got over it no problem. I would rather just take some Shroom tech immune then go get a flue shot.

Armor: I feel like I do have immunity armor. I have been getting sick less and less. I used to get sick a few times a year but I have not been sick ever since I started taking this. Im not saying I wont get sick again but this is defiantly helping me out.

Price: It is dirt cheap for something like this. $19.95 normally but I would get the 3pack every single time. Why not keep yourself healthy. A 3pack is only $47.96.

The pros of taking this are great. Ever since that Swine flue I know this is a great produce and I will keep taking it. It is not going to keep you healthy forever. It will not cure your cancer or anything it is just to help you stay healthy.

Alpha Brain

Onnit Labs makes this supplement called Alpha Brain. Now you may have watched Joe Rogan talk about this stuff and his reviews are overwhelmingly good.
So here is my experience with Alpha brain. I have been taking it for about 3 months now. During the first month I felt a little more alert. I felt my brain was "running on full bars" like i was able to focus on tasks with much more clarity. Overall Id say it is a good supplement to take and im going to continue taking it.

The things it promises:
Razor focus: I would agree with this I did feel a huge difference in my day to day activities. I am into month 3 now and i still feel that focus. Some days are not as good as other days but overall I feel an increase. It helps me get my Jobs done quicker and more effectively because I can really focus on my task.

Mental Drive: I would also agree that it effects your mental drive. I wake up at 6am and before taking alpha brain I was sluggish and lethargic in the mornings. Now I wake up and feel like i want to accomplish tasks. I think about and organize my day fast and I just start doing what needs to be done.
3months In i still feel the drive.

Lucid Dreams: I can not confirm this one. My dreams have always been crazy so taking this has not changed that. In terms of amount of dreams, Id say that has increase but not dramatically. I have been able to remember my dreams though and am able to start writing them down if I wanted.

Price: It can be a little pricy if you buy the 30capsule packs.A 30 caplsue pack will cost you 34.95. I got the 90 for 79.95 and I dont regret it. I will keep buying this. Save yourself some money and dont get the 2pack.

The overall pros that you get from taking this outweigh any of the failed promises. Its a game changer. It will not turn you into any kind of super hero. If you dont have intelligence it will not make you have it. It is a booster.  Its here to help, its not going to make you stop hating yourself.
